The journal provides readers with all the latest legal developments and trends in the field of sports law through Studies (including those in foreign languages), Articles, Opinions from distinguished representatives of legal scholarship and practice, and detailed Commentaries & Observations on recent and landmark court rulings (the ECJ, the ECHR and national courts), as well as on decisions by international and domestic sports adjudicatory bodies (CAS, FIFA Football Tribunal, BAT, ASEAD, DD/EPO, EE/EPO).
